PrintCHECK is built for QuickBooks Online. QBWebSync, QBSync and GFS work with QuickBooks Desktop company files.
Do your apps use AI?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. PrintCHECK reviews every check batch for possible duplicates and unusual amounts before it prints and answers questions about your check register. QBWebSync reads vendor bills from a PDF or photo and answers questions about your books. In both, AI never changes QuickBooks on its own, answers show where their numbers came from, and an admin can switch AI off.
