This policy explains what information Consus Solutions ("we") collects through consusapps.com and how we use it. It covers this website only. Each app — PrintCHECK, QBWebSync, QBSync and GFS — has its own terms, which you accept when you start using it.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you use the contact or early-access forms we receive your name, email address, company, the product you chose and your message.
• Technical data. Our server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and to block spam.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or trial you asked for
• To protect the site and its forms from abuse
• To meet legal obligations

Services we rely on

• Email delivery. Form submissions reach our team by email through our mail provider.
• YouTube. Demo videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, checks that form submissions come from a person.
• Links to our apps and to the Intuit App Store lead to sites with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and server logs for a limited period for security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@consussol.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page.
