PrintCHECK · Voucher checks
Voucher checks that tell your vendors exactly what was paid
When one check settles several bills, the stub is how your vendor matches the payment. PrintCHECK imports bill payments from QuickBooks Online and prints the bill lines on the stub automatically.
The stub is built from QuickBooks
PrintCHECK imports bill payments paid by check along with the bills they apply to. On a voucher layout, a stub table lists each bill's date, reference and amount, so there is nothing to type and nothing to staple.
Choose a single stub for the vendor or a second one to keep for your records.
- Bill date, number and amount on the stub
- One or two stubs
- Check on top, middle or bottom

Layouts you can start from
| Template | Good for |
|---|---|
| Check on top, two stubs | Vendor payments where you keep a copy of the stub |
| Check on top, one stub | Vendor payments on shorter stock |
| Check in the middle | Stock with stubs above and below |
| Check on the bottom | Stock where the stub is read first |
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where does the stub information come from?
From the bill payment in QuickBooks Online: the bills it paid, with their dates, reference numbers and amounts.
Can regular checks use a voucher layout too?
Yes. A check that is not a bill payment prints its own memo and details on the stub instead.
