QBSync · Power BI
Power BI dashboards on QuickBooks Desktop data, without the exports
Power BI is at its best on a real database. QBSync keeps your QuickBooks Desktop data in SQL Server or MySQL, so dashboards refresh on schedule instead of waiting for someone to export a spreadsheet.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why not connect Power BI to QuickBooks directly?
QuickBooks Desktop is not a database Power BI can query. Syncing to SQL gives Power BI a fast, stable source, and keeps report load off QuickBooks.
Does this work with Excel too?
Yes. Excel's Get Data connects to SQL Server and MySQL the same way, so PivotTables can refresh from your synced QuickBooks data.
